INTERNATIONAL RECIPES

Alpujarreño Style Almond Soup
First, put the almonds in boiling water and pel.Then frij with garlic and bread and crush in the mortar.
And then, sirfry onion, tomatoe and ham.Put water in a pot and until boiling.
When it is boiling add the sauce with ham, the saffron and taste to salt.

INGREDIENTS:

1,5 liters of water
1/4 kg of almonds
1 medium size onion
1 big tomatoe
100 gr of diced ham
2 slices of bread
2 cloves garlic
Some saffron
2 tablepoons oil

Rice pudding

Family:Miranda Muñoz
Country of origin: Spain
Ingredients:
-Rice 1/2 kg -Sugar 1 cup of cofee -Milk 1l -Cinnamon -Peel of 1 lemon.
Method:
Fill a sauce pan with 1 l of water with the sugar and the rice.
Put to boil with the peel of the lemon and the cinnamon. When the rice should almoust be ready to boil add the milk and stir. When it is boiled pour in the bolws and add the sugar and the cinnamon. Now is ready to eat.
